Land Surveying Equipment - GPS - San Diego

Coastal Land Solutions utilizes state of the art Land Surveying equipment for both field and office applications.

For field data collection, measurements and layout, a Leica Robotic Total Station is used with onboard TDS software. The Leica Total Station offers one-man robotic capability which enhances productivity and reduces field labor costs. With onboard reflectorless laser technology, measurements of roofline heights and inaccessable mapping features are easily accomplished without compromising safety.

For appropriate projects, GPS RTK and Static Surveying technology is utilized. GPS greatly enhances a Land Surveyor's ability to make efficient measurements across large areas of land.

Field data is processed and deliverables are produced using Terramodel CAD software by Trimble. Terramodel features powerful and efficient Civil Engineering-Land Surveying software that is compatible with common CAD software packages like Autocad LDD and Microstation.

Deliverables are printed using Hewlett-Packard inkjet plotters that produce archive quality maps on mylar films as well as common bond prints.
